Delete from inside the app
The fastest way — no need to contact us:
- Open Romeo Live and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Account (or Account & Security).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
You may be asked to verify your identity (e.g. re-enter your password or a code sent to your mobile number) to protect your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send us a request and we will delete your account for you:
- Email support@romeolive.app from the address on your account, or include your registered mobile number / Romeo Live ID.
- Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- We verify ownership, then delete the account.
What happens when you delete your account
Once your identity is verified, your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is permanently deleted within 60 days of verifying ownership or receiving your request, whichever is later. Deletion is irreversible — you will lose your profile, followers, messages and any unused virtual items (coins, gifts and rewards), which have no monetary value and are non-refundable.

Data that may be retained

Don’t want to delete everything?
You can instead request partial data actions — access a copy of your data, correct it, or delete specific information — under the Your Rights section of our Privacy Policy. Email support@romeolive.app and we will respond within one month.
